Lead PM for the FedRAMP certification attainment of Manage Print Services (SaaS offering). Work with IaaS and PaaS providers and internal architect teams to stand new software in secure and authorized FedRAMP approved boundary environments. Participated in reviewing Reference Architecture Design documents to policies and procedures to meet a secure environment setup. Spearheaded as the PM a new business offering for Manage Print Services. From requirement gathering to overseeing the software and services roadmap from start to completion. Including test and QA to onboarding users to the new business model. Partner with Service Engineering to ensure business requirements are included in service development activities and that problem management processes are operating effectively. Represent business requirements and participate in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of employee service architectures.
