Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Director of Rehabs (DOR), Area Vice Presidents (AVP) and Clinical Specialists (CS).• Responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-strategic approach to identify qualified healthcare therapy professionals, maintaining a database of professionals, effectively communicating with candidates and clients, conducting all aspects of the hiring process including the initial interview, reference checks and salary negotiations. • Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment strategies to achieve business plan objectives.
