ABOUT JESSICA BRENNINKMEIJER
I’m am an MBA candidate at Chicago Booth looking to pursue a career in change management and organisational development. I believe the work I do not only supports the current business needs and strategy but also the people, who are instrumental to any organisation\'s long term success. I am fascinated about behaviour, intrinsic motivation and how people manage change. I love reading about these topics and using my Psychology degree to bring them into my work. I am also interested in how collecting feedback and data can help strengthen and further improve engagement and performance.I remain deeply curious about the world around me, and this has manifested itself in my career. Having moved internationally multiple times, and by working in a global company and understanding the importance of bringing cultures together, I continue to develop my language skills. I chose an international firm, to gain experience of company culture across regions and in over 40 offices. This has enabled me to build relationships with people of all seniority, speak different languages, and improve my analytical skills through the different projects that I manage. In my personal life I enjoy playing tennis, skiing with my family and experimenting in the kitchen.
