ABOUT JESSICA BIGAZZI FOSTER

Since joining RHR more than 15 years ago Jessica has worked with some of the firm’s largest clients and become a trusted advisor to many of the world’s most influential CEOs, C-suite executives, and boards of directors. Jessica is passionate about building on RHR’s rich, nearly 80-year history by stewarding RHR’s next growth phase. Jessica began her career as a professor of industrial and organizational psychology at Purdue University, where she focused on leadership challenges, including emotion regulation, performance, and bias and discrimination. With that specialty in focus, Jessica has served in numerous previous positions at RHR—directing product teams, standing up new businesses, and leading large-scale client engagements. Jessica is respected as a global thought leader on emerging issues in business and leadership, including talent management, leadership in complex environments, and the future of work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Davidson College as well as master’s and PhD degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from Rice University.
