Supervise a team of 10+ Analysts to leverage IHS Markit\'s Wall Street Office portfolio management software to track syndicated loan activity for our clients (hedge funds, CLO managers, private equity firms, investment managers, fund administrators, etc.)* Complete trade settlements and reconciled daily cash flows for syndicated loan clients* Provide recommendations for Operations team hiring decisions for potential new Analysts* Manage daily operations for financial transactions for top client accounts* Analyze internal KPI and KRI metrics on a monthly basis to report to senior leadership* Regulate approximately 300 syndicated loan trades daily to provide rapid trade settlement on ClearPar* Perform Global Processing Activity duties for accurate processing and issue resolution of loan activity throughout the life cycle, including trade settlements, interest payments, paydowns, restructures and amendments* Update client data for asset types within the WSO software platform* Reconcile cash wires, research and resolve discrepancies, and balance client ledger accounts on a daily basis* Proactively manage and effectively communicate with internal and external clients* Manage client and counterparty\'s expectations to receive and review primary/ secondary par and distressed trade documentation* Review trade documents, including trade confirm, assignment agreements, and funding memos for discrepancies prior to trade settlement* Manage outstanding trades and client trade documents, maintain communication and follow up per client expectation* Monitor daily reporting, audits and management of client inquiries
