I focus on scale and repeatability, turning what works into mechanisms that align people and priorities and make progress visible.In Talent Acquisition, this means building clarity into the critical points of hiring: intake that frames the real need, simple operating cadences that keep work moving, decision rights that prevent rework, and metrics that show whether we are improving outcomes. I design systems that hold across unionized and exempt environments, ensuring clarity, fairness, and a consistent experience from the first touchpoint to the final decision.My work spans high‑visibility external recruitment, student program cycles, operational improvements, and building processes that support confident and timely hiring decisions.
