ABOUT JESS ALLEN-GOIX
I currently work on the KP LAUNCH regional team leading outreach, scheduling and program informational sessions to high schools and colleges across NorCal for our 2026 summer programs. I collaborate with regional leadership on application review, interviews, onboarding, and program development for the 2026 internship cohort. I simultaneously manage a full-year cohort of 12 interns, overseeing professional development, mentoring and key program work streams.Since joining Kaiser Permanente in 2024, I’ve co-led a cohort of nine San Francisco based high school interns through the KP LAUNCH program, coordinating weekly professional development days, and supporting interns, and host teams experiences. Previously, I completed a year-long UI/UX intern role on KP Digital where I worked directly on digital assets used by members and clinicians.
