Lead multi-year project financed by the World Bank to improve Border infrastructure, cross-border cooperation between Mozambique and Malawi- Develop proposal for fund mobilization, border assessment, and stakeholder engagement focusing on Migration Information and Data Analysis System (MIDAS) and Legal Identity- Develop Donor and HQ Assessment, Quarterly Review report review for the Project Implementation Unit- Conduct Border-Risk assessment in 4 Border Posts between Mozambique and Malawi identifying vulnerabilities and customized solutions- Lead partnership with 16 multisectoral government stakeholders, NGO and private sector- Built community-based activities for conflict-management to be used in sensitization campaign phase- Coordinate on the execution of 2 projects within the IBG Unit: Peacebuilding and Community policing project in collaboration with Tanzania, funded by the FCDO and ISF- Coordinate World Bank Project Launch Event with the High-Level Government of Mozambique and Malawi.
