Jessica provides specialist UK immigration and nationality advice to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporates.For private clients and families, Jessica advises on all UK immigration routes. She has extensive experience with the Investor, Innovator, and Global Talent categories. She also advises on various family routes to the UK. For EEA nationals and their family members, she advises on the EU Settlement Scheme and their UK immigration permission post-Brexit. For her clients in the UK, Jessica assists with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)(also known as Permanent Residence or Settlement), British citizenship, and a British passport. For corporate clients, Jessica supports them through the sponsor licence process and subsequent sponsorship of skilled workers. She advises UK businesses on compliance with sponsor licence duties and responsibilities, and the laws on preventing illegal working. She regularly advises on corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions and restructuring from an immigration perspective where sponsor licences and sponsored workers are impacted. For sponsored workers, she assists with work visas, their families\' visas, and supports them through to ILR, British citizenship and a British passport.Jessica has extensive experience advising offshore energy clients on immigration strategy and nuanced areas of law involving seafarers and crew. Jessica represents Tier 1 offshore contractors and numerous leading vessel owners involved in surveying, oil and gas, and offshore wind. Jessica\'s matters frequently involve new projects, ranging from small specialist assignments to high-volume operations, where urgent visas are required for workers on offshore vessels.Jessica is ranked by the Chambers and Partners HNW guide in the category \'Immigration: High Net Worth Individuals\' and for Business Immigration.
