ABOUT JESSICA WIMMER

I am a result driven team leader who believes anything is achievable with a shared goal supported by a strategic and well-developed process. I view setbacks as fantastic opportunities to grow as a group, learn from our faults and to strengthened areas that show wear and weakness. I believe the secret to a well-functioning team is fostering a dynamic of trust, appreciation, and accountability that is ultimately guided with an outward mindset. As the Senior Proposal Manager for the Commercial Division at Stellar, I work diligently with my teams to output high quality proposals for several different markets that include, but are not limited to, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional and Federal. In addition to proposals, I collaborate with our Marketing Department to develop collateral, social media posts, and planning for all commercial events. My background in design, advertising, and education lends itself to multiple facets within the organization and provides a wide range to the tasks I oversee and aid in.
