Being a Program/Project Coordinator, I support the ITMSS contract, overseeing 79 contractors across five divisions. I formulate and implement a continuous quality improvement program to boost process efficiency and identify areas for enhancement. 🤝 I collaborate closely with the Program Director and Managers to ensure the successful execution of ITMSS Program activities. Conducting regular compliance audits across ITMSS, PCB, and EXIS programs, I swiftly address non-compliance issues and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including Monthly Status Reports, Audit Compliance, and GFE Inventory Reports. I manage the TSA ITMSS Contractor Onboarding Process, ensuring a seamless transition from Security Clearance to PIV Badge and Equipment issuance. Additionally, I handle Government Furnished Equipment requests for new hires, monitor equipment movements, returns, and failures, and complete Quarterly and Annual GFE Inventory Reports.
