I love a challenge and finding solutions. The team I lead in capacity development for the largest 3PL, in one of the most fast paced challenging industries, is very rewarding and it allows me to excel in the areas that I love. The constant fast pace of logistics enables me to continuously develop personally and professionally. I have been able to train and coach many employees who have been able to progress their careers within CH Robinson. Creating long term growth strategies for carrier development that coincide with client opportunities within the company creates success and long term partnerships and growth. Technology and automation strategies are my current focus areas. On my spare time I like to watch TED talks, read business insider and transportation blogs, run, spend time traveling with my husband and raising our daughter Cassidy.I am a subject matter expert in our truckload service line focusing on capacity development. CH Robinson works with carriers providing them with freight opportunities from our large client base. The company is fortune 250 and our foundation built on people, process, and our proprietary technology platform \"Navisphere\" has earned us 5 years running #1 3PL from Inbound Logistics. Our Navisphere platform can provide connectivity for our carries through omnitracs, EDI, our mobile app, and CHRW trucks. CHRW trucks gives carriers the ability to view and search freight, view accounts receivables, and update/assign shipments. When there is a collaborative relationship with CH Robinson our carriers have been able to increase efficiencies through online technology, and manage spend by reducing deadhead and increasing revenue flow.Our goal is to accelerate your advantage by accomplishing your goals collaboratively with CH Robinson.
