In my current position I am actively engaged providing robust quality systems for production teams to use in the manufacture of silicone tubing, overmolds and assemblies. I drive implementation of these tools with solid leadership skills, coaching the use of risk focused quality management and structured problem-solving to tackle challenging issues. I am a successful leader of cross functional teams, driving strategic improvement to the quality delivered in all areas of the business. I am respected by customers both internal and external as a powerful communicator, willing to go above and beyond to deliver timely results that exceed the expectations of all stakeholders. My goal is to be in a position that allows me to emphasize the skills I have for technical problem solving and risk based quality system implementation in addition to having the privilege to influence the growth of a world class staff.
