Senior Talent Partner ‍ Immensely passionate about candidate experience, talent operations and helping people find their \'pinch me I\'m dreaming\' job.A few personal career highlights: Being a founding Recruiter and setting up the Talent Acquisition function from scratch. Not only was this a fantastic growth opportunity it combined my day job with my love for the planet! Working in a mission driven company and powering the clean energy transition. I\'ll be forever proud of what we achieved together at Zoa. Leading a 18 person globally distributed Talent Acquisition Project at Twitter, to redesign the interview process across all hiring functions. This sink or swim opportunity turbo charged my leadership skills and allowed me to work on my passion (Talent operations). My expertise is Talent Acquisition and not the domain, I know what I bring to the table and with a collaborative hiring partner we can achieve great results.
