About Jessica Ware

I have worked in the retail industry since taking brief rolls in Manufacturing and Shipping during that time. I began as a Department Manager with True Value right out of High School and during College. I then took a break to focus on my studies. After some schooling, I became a Guest Service Team Lead with Target. In 2005, I took a break and took the position of Full Time Mom. Schooling came into focus again, and we left frigid Minnesota to move to the Carolina\'s, where I attended the NASCAR Technical Institute. I graduated with a degree in Automotive Technology, Focusing on Domestic and Foreign Automobiles, with a minor in NASCAR Engine Building. After graduation, I became a mother for a second time and enjoyed time with my family and volunteering at my daughter\'s school daily. After a few years, I figured it was time to rejoin the workforce, so I went to work at Dollar General, where I became an Assistant Manager and eventually a Store Manager. In 2015, I made the cross to Dollar Tree, where I have held the position of Operations Manager, Merchandise Manager, and recently was promoted to Store Manager. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, dogs and friends.
