I am a teaching assistant for the Business Ethics (BA 342) course offered to students in the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. In this role, I work with the other student teaching assistant to aid the professor in daily classroom activities by overseeing a 300-person classroom and addressing students’ academic needs. I manage administrative tasks such as grading assignments, holding office hours, answering emails or questions from students. I demonstrate leadership through offering support to students and through promoting a positive learning environment.
