Hi! I\'m Jess. I\'m passionate about working in perinatal mental health and find so much joy in this work. I also have a soft spot for serving parents of multiples and first responder parents. Parenthood is the ultimate exposure to uncertainty. Each person\'s journey in parenthood is unique, but much advice given makes it feel like there is only one right way to parent. The truth is that there is no perfect way to parent, and there is no perfect parent. I love partnering with clients to help them accept their humanity, discover ways to live their values, ditch decisions made in fear, and find worth in what they individually bring to the table.
