ABOUT JESSICA WAITO
As a former gymnast, Jessica made the transition to a coaching career quite organically. Helping others realize their potential and achieve their goals was a role she had always felt drawn to. Like many others, her journey led her out west to Calgary for several years. Jessica moved back to Toronto in 2021 and pivoted her career to recruitment with a focus on the construction industry. Having a career that allowed her to facilitate real change in the professional and personal lives of others was a natural fit. In 2022, Jessica joined Outhire where she is excited to apply the skills from her coaching days to helping candidates achieve their full potential. When not working or caring for her two beautiful children, Jessica loves exploring the mountains out west, having date nights at the pub, and traveling to music festivals with her husband. When she takes a break from being social, her next passion is reading. Her favourite book right now? While Mortals Sleep by Kurt Vonnegut!
