As Qwello’s first full-time employee, I laid the groundwork for Qwello’s design and product strategy — designing our brand identity and leading the creation of the Qwello App, still at the core of our offering today. During a critical growth phase, I also stepped into a Product Owner role, driving the initial logic, user flows, and feature set for both the app and our charging stations.Today, I lead the design of all digital products, internal tools, and charging station UI, collaborating closely with engineering, embedded, and local teams to deliver seamless, user-first experiences.I mentor design talent and help drive a design culture centered around simplicity, accessibility, and customer focus.Highlights- Designed and launched the Qwello App - Created UI for two generations of our charging stations - Built internal tools used across all Qwello countries - Developed our brand identity and design system
