Review and redline shop drawings for entitlement and value engineering options. Create and send accurate and detailed Request for Quotes per scope to multiple vendors per project. Create proposal summaries with yes/no checklist items to ensure all vendors are providing accurate proposals and within budget. Contract and write Purchase & Sub-Contract Agreements to awarded vendor. Create and finalize Cost to Complete for installation on each project. Hand off project to operations team to execute installation.
