As a key leader for globally strategic HR initiatives, I work on diverse projects that will shape the PwC network over the next 3-5 years, impacting across the global network. My learning agility and extensive HR experience enables me to work on a wide variety of people related projects (both technology and non technology related), with a specific focus on change management, transformation and project management- Project areas over the past 18 months have included: Strategic Skills, AI, Global Mobility transformation and Leadership Frameworks- In my current project role, I am leading the behavioural change management for our global network skills programme, impacting all >350k employees and partners across the network. This project involves introducing new technologies and creating long term behavioural change. My work involves collaborating with global territory stakeholders across various time zones to facilitate long-term and sustainable change, and leading a dedicated team responsible for developing change materials that support our global network\'s transition- I apply change management best practices to ensure effective transformation. My expertise includes crafting comprehensive change management strategies, designing communication and engagement plans, and developing learning strategies tailored to change management. I am committed to delivering effective and sustained behavioural change across the organisation- Beyond project work, I am an active team player – I particularly enjoy my role as a career coach and mentor, and also work as a facilitator on the UK people voice community. I manage local team budgets and help organise local team events.
