ABOUT JESSICA TWEMLOW
I lead sustainability delivery and performance across multidisciplinary teams, supporting a broad portfolio of work across waste and resource management, heat decarbonisation, net zero, LCA and circular economy. I have spent over 20 years working across circular economy and sustainability, supporting governments, cities and businesses to develop strategies and, importantly, make them work in practice. In my current role as People and Delivery Director, I focus on: • Leading consistent, high-quality project delivery • Improving operational performance, from resourcing through to commercial outcomes • Building capable teams that can deliver in complex environments My background is in circular economy and waste management, but in my current role I focus on making delivery work, developing teams, driving performance and ensuring complex projects are delivered effectively. I work with organisations to move from strategy into implementation, focusing on the delivery structures, governance and resourcing needed to make things stick. I also lead business development activity across my area, shaping client propositions, building pipeline and ensuring our solutions are deliverable and commercially robust.
