I am a public policy expert with over 17 years of experience in organizational strategy and innovation, partnership development, program management, and research and impact measurement for non-profits and international organizations. I have significant fundraising experience, including political fundraising, grant writing, and management of federal funding. I have supported diverse organizations, from the United Nations in Uganda, a small women\'s rights organization in India, and local arts organizations in Ohio. I am a skilled communicator and project manager managing cross-cultural teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects. I have worked in over 10 countries, with both development and humanitarian partners. I have spent the last decade of my career focused on the international water, sanitation and hygiene sector. I am passionate about menstrual health and increasing women and girls\' access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene. I am firm believer that the best solutions are community-designed and driven.

   Leading project management of the the Rural Evidence and Learning for Water (REAL-Water) program, a five-year,$18.9 million cooperative agreement from USAID. REAL-Water works with six consortium members operating across five countries to evaluate strategies for expanding access to safe, equitable, and sustainable rural water across the developing world.
