ABOUT JESSICA TRAN

I’m a recent Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduate from Mount Royal University, majoring in International Business Co-op and Management with a minor in Marketing. Through my co-op experiences at the City of Calgary Fire Department, I gained hands-on experience in strategic planning, data analysis, accreditation, and project management, helping improve organizational efficiency and decision-making. Alongside this, I bring over 7 years of sales and customer service experience from Foot Locker, where I developed strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Beyond work, I’m passionate about mentorship, leadership, and community involvement. As a Student Leader, Mentor, and Communication Leader at Mount Royal University, I’ve had the privilege of guiding and supporting students through their academic and personal growth. I thrive in strategic, data-driven environments where collaboration and continuous improvement drive impact.
