I am a dedicated and driven senior at the University of Washington, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Real Estate and participating in the Foster Professional Sales Program. With a strong academic foundation (GPA: 3.7), I have gained valuable experience through internships, leadership roles, and extracurricular activities, helping me gain different skill sets that align with Sales, real estate development, and accounting. I have a background in tax and financial services, having worked as a Tax Intern at Sam Income Tax, where I supported senior accountants, maintained client relationships, and utilized advanced Excel functions. Additionally, my role as a Financial Educator with World Financial Group has enabled me to promote financial education and empower families to make informed financial decisions, reaching families in 2023 with plans to educate by 2030. Beyond academics and internships, I have demonstrated leadership and strong teamwork skills. As a Greeter/Food Runner at Din Tai Fung, I excelled in a fast-paced restaurant environment and was promoted across three divisions due to my top performance. I am passionate about continuing to develop professionally and make meaningful contributions to the industries I care about.
