As Associate Director of STEM Career Coaching within the Salisbury Center for Career, Professional and Experiential Education, I help guide and empower STEM students to define and achieve their career goals. I provide individualized advising on career readiness, job and internship searches, networking, and graduate school applications, including PhD pathways.I develop and lead career programs, workshops, and information sessions that strengthen connections between students, alumni, and employers. In collaboration with faculty and campus partners, I promote STEM-related initiatives, support student organizations, and contribute to strategic projects that advance the Colleges’ vision for career education.My role also includes supporting grant-related reporting, fostering partnerships across campus, and enhancing the visibility and impact of the Salisbury Center within the HWS community.
