The Open Book Method is accomplished in 3 simples steps.1) Connect with businesses who understand the value of investing in our next generation and the strong part that plays in solving our labor shortage. 2) Bridge the gap between your business and local educators in our schools who believe in our mission.3) Boots on the ground- Facilitate meaningful ways to educate the next generation of the amazing opportunities in our critical industry by engaging with students of all ages.This gives your business a chance to invest in our next generation of the work force all while gaining access to an untapped pool of potential new team members.
