Spearhead Comprehensive Education Programs: Oversee the development, implementation, and management of all AAOE educational initiatives, including- On-Demand Learning: Enhance and maintain a robust Learning Management System to provide members with accessible and high-quality on-demand educational content.o Annual Conference Education: Curate and manage educational sessions for the annual conference, ensuring a diverse and relevant program that meets the needs of orthopedic practice professionals- Virtual and In-Person Events: Organize and execute a variety of educational events, both virtual and in-person, fostering professional growth and networking opportunities.o Webinars: Plan and facilitate regular webinars, featuring industry experts and covering timely topics to keep members informed and engaged- Blog Posts: Coordinate and contribute to educational blog posts, offering insights and practical advice on current trends and best practices in orthopedics.Innovate Educational Offerings: Proactively develop new educational opportunities that increase member engagement and generate additional revenue for the association.
