In this role, I lead on all culture practices and Values custodianship while providing expertise and support in the areas of Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Diversity & Inclusion.The primary focus of my role is to lead the delivery and embedding of cultural change through the “The Spirit Way” by designing and leading the execution of a change strategy that will shape and shift Spirit Energy’s culture to deliver on our company strategy, annual business plan and cultural aspirations while maintaining and strengthening a safety-focused, collaborative, high performance culture.
