ABOUT JESSICA TERESA DMELLO PEREIRA

I am a Talent Management & Development Manager at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC), Mumbai, focused on building people capability, leadership strength, and a culture that scales with the business.With 9+ years of experience in human capital consulting, I’ve worked with HR leaders across India, the Middle East, Europe, and APAC on organisation design, talent strategy, and leadership development. That journey shaped how I approach people challenges — with structure, context, and a strong bias for impact.Today, my focus is on translating that experience into building from within — strengthening talent pipelines, enabling leadership development, and driving meaningful employee experiences in a fast-growing, infrastructure-led organisation.I’ve worked across diverse industries including manufacturing, oil & gas, automotive, and consumer businesses, and bring experience across organisation restructuring, competency frameworks, assessments, PMS design, and capability building.Currently pursuing PGDM-HRM from XLRI, I continue to deepen my understanding of organisational behaviour and talent management.I thrive in roles that require clarity in ambiguity, strong stakeholder alignment, and a balance of strategy with execution.
