As R&D Director, I oversee a team of scientists that help create and test products and concepts that play a key role in controlling insect and other arthropod pests across multiple markets including professional pest control, consumer, vector/ mosquito control, animal/rural health and specialty crop. Our team also includes a research lab where we conduct concept and efficacy testing and rear a wide variety of insects. Our team works closely with cross-functional partners, external researchers, and the EPA. In addition to this R&D role, I also have 18+ years experience building and testing preservative systems for formulations in personal care and the insecticide industry.
