Create position description based on needs of the office, Recruit, Interview, Train, and Supervise team of four Recruiting Intern student workers-Assist employers by posting job descriptions on their behalf to Handshake, as well as tracking applications, and sending employers the final pool of applicants-Oversee all aspects of companies hiring Bentley students for jobs and internships and provide exceptional customer service by managing employer events for Bentley’s key corporate partners who are seeking to hire Bentley students for internships and full-time jobs-Take the lead to help key corporate partners strategize on effectiveness and efficiency of events-Manage the logistics and promotions for events of key corporate partners held both on and off campus via Handshake, CareerEdge, distributing to Career Coaches for their weekly newsletters, and creation of digital advertisements using Canva-Proactively take initiative to develop employer relationships through a combination of methods that may include research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new, existing or inactive employer partners both on campus and by visiting companies-Manage career fair vendor contracts which involves reserving the date, ordering services, and work closely with Procurement Office for contract approval and payment-Maintain ownership of all logistics of the two large scale campus wide all industry Career Fairs-Create bi-weekly Job Outlook, Data, and Trends Newsletter to keep the PCDC team apprised of recent industry news-Manage the Employer Relations and Recruiting teams inbox-Serve as the lead on analytics and more sophisticated reporting via Handshake for the PCDC team-Manage Handshake usage request processing-Assists with managing the Board of Hire Education,(the undergraduate career services advisory board)-Track key data based on engagement by companies and alumni in career services events.
