Leadership oversight of seven pediatric outpatient locations that provide multiple services, including infusion, urgent care, medical and surgical specialties. Serve as the administrative leader for the inpatient palliative care service at UNC Children’s.• Accountable for clinical operating budgets and volume targets. Annual operating budget exceeds $14 million.• Championed approval for several capital improvement projects, including clinic renovations and new clinic openings.• Responsible for contract management associated with medical director relationships in each service area.• Oversaw rollout of pediatric COVID vaccination effort, including coordination with media coverage and community vaccine events.• Collaborator and thought partner on pediatric outpatient growth planning efforts.• Working group representative tasked with improving the contract approval process at UNC Health.
