After 20 years of experience in the training and coaching industry, one thing I know for sure is that laughter precedes learning. As President of Confidence Builders International, I deliver fun and engaging programs that teach employees the skills they need to excel as confident relationship builders and presenters in the workplace. I’ve delivered our 6 and a half step training programs across the United States to clients including Cincinnati Bell, Duke Energy, Toyota, TQL, and Messer. Each program is designed to convey current, relevant, and easy to implement material that participants can incorporate into their daily work lives to impact the success of the organization. We specialize in Presentation Skills training and Everything DiSC Workplace training including a specialized form of DiSC training called The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Our Presentation Skills Training helps individuals take the fear out of public speaking by teaching practical skills that are proven to make speakers more confident, memorable, and powerful presenters. As the co-author of Your Public Speaking Workout, our methods have been used by many. Everything DiSC Workplace is an assessment based training tool that allows employees to discover their work styles and the work styles of their co-workers to aid in relationship building and productive collaboration. For teams between 5 and 25 individuals, we offer Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team training to strengthen intact teams and teach the necessary skills to reach their full potential. We customize additional programs to meet your needs and deliver our material in both group and one on one settings.
