The Potomac Company Pest Control Group is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm specializing in the pest control industry. We help pest control business owners navigate the selling process for the maximum transaction value while providing customized, high-end corporate strategy. As an M&A advisory team, we serve as the middle-man in our client’s business transaction while navigating a simultaneous bid among acquirers. Throughout the process, we help business owners improve operations and increase valuation allowing them to optimize their transaction value and terms when they and the business are ready. We provide an extensive end-to-end service for our clients beginning with a preliminary valuation analysis and a high-end Classified Information Memo (CIM) for each client. We offer each tailored CIM to a variety of appropriate acquirers and manage incoming bids while shielding each client from having to negotiate directly with acquirers on what is often the most significant transaction of his or her life. Our successful detailed approach is as follows- Prepare a business valuation for our client and assure aligned opinions on probable deal value and terms - Provide expertise in preparing and marketing our client’s pest control business - Educate financially and operationally qualified buy-side businesses - Ensure confidentiality throughout the entire process Potomac’s sell-side advisory is unique in the pest control industry and our clients are certain that the day they go to the closing table, they have extracted the absolute highest price possible for their company. I received my BA from BYU-Idaho and work directly with The Potomac Company’s managing director, Paul Giannamore, as the company’s publications manager.
