Process incoming client license request orders adding them to the work queue and filing in label folders.Research song publisher rights and contacts for all assigned label clearance projects.Request licenses from appropriate song publishing entities on behalf of 16+ clients.File all licenses and necessary financial forms relating to royalty payouts.Update all databases with license clearance statuses and completed approvals.Confer with record labels and paralegals to collect and review all pertinent song writer and producer agreements needed to secure special rate licensing from song publishers.Create and send quarterly license clearance fee schedules to up to 30 clients and update database upon payment.
