I’m a global workplace and real estate program leader with 4+ years of experience scaling workplace operations in high-growth technology environments. I currently lead workplace strategy across our global portfolio at Rippling, partnering with senior leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions across real estate, facilities, security, workplace technology, and employee experience.Over the course of my career at Rippling, I’ve helped scale the workplace function from supporting 515 in-office employees across two offices to 3,500 employees across nine offices. I’ve led complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution—spanning office launches, portfolio strategy, hybrid and RTO initiatives, and workplace technology standards—while balancing cost discipline with a strong employee experience.I’m particularly passionate about using data to inform workplace strategy. This includes leveraging occupancy analysis to refine real estate decisions and drive millions in avoided space costs, as well as launching Rippling’s first global workplace pulse survey to establish meaningful KPIs and continuous improvement across the portfolio.Known as a trusted partner to executives and cross-functional teams, I thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building scalable programs and high-performing teams that enable people to do their best work.
