I am a bilingual (Spanish, English, Spanglish) licensed professional counselor (LPC) that provides mental health therapy weekday evenings, remotely. I work with adolescents that are struggling to communicate with friends or family, young adults struggling with the transition into adulthood, or a family that struggles with stress. My practice centers around children, adolescents, and adults. The time from a child until the transition into adulthood and beyond is filled with many changes, both expected and unexpected and can affect the whole family. Its OK to not be OK, but you do not have to go through this alone. I can help. I utilize CBT, Person Centered, and Family Systems therapy to help you with your stress and concerns. Together we can work through your issues collaboratively, whether there is trauma, cultural stress, major changes, work/school related stress, identity issues, or family changes that you need help with. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.
