Strategy Development*- Set goals, develop strategies, implement plans, and measure progress for the President’s Emergency Plan for HIV/AIDS (PEPFAR). Work in close collaboration with senior management, State Department Coordinator, and other high-level government counterparts in defining key objectives and milestones for behavioral, structural and service delivery programs- Work with teams at headquarters and in-country to interpret guidance, write analytic plans, and interpret results from multiple data sources.*Country Support*- Provide ongoing assistance to in-country teams in multi-disciplinary program design and results management.
