My position operates in a fast paced, extremely time sensitive environment. Providing general supervision of all employees by prioritizing work assignments, establishing deadlines, providing general instructions, and reviewing work performance. It\'s my duty to ensure superior customer care, efficiency and accuracy in order processing and estimating. The role entails assessing the budget for projects and handling the procurement of materials. Consulting with customers, monitoring the work in progress and watching over quality control to make certain measures are in place and maintained. Other responsibilities include the oversight of production and operations in the print shop. We have both offset and digitally presses along with a fully equipped bindery department for producing staple bound or glued books, folded/scored/perforated sheets, mechanical binding, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting and more. Supervision of production through job completion including the coordination of shipping, scheduling deliveries or pick ups. Always conveying a friendly, professional attitude and consistently working to maintain a positive work environment, while continuously striving to improve communication across the shop.
