ABOUT JESSICA REIMERS
As a passionate (re-)designer of processes, I have a very strong focus on digital change, innovation and efficiency. The core centre of my tasks is to lead and accompany agile international and cross-functional teams on the journey of change and the path beyond. Especially in times of new work a strong, empathic, but also flexible and transformative leadership of the operative units is required. Over the last 10 years I have worked in strategic c-level/management positions with a focus on operations, process optimization, governance/control frameworks and corporate management. My core objective is the development and implementation of strategies for operational growth, profitability, innovation and set-up, in order to optimize KPIs. Always with a strong view to corporate values and visions, and in accordance with the requirements of the respective stakeholders. It is important to me, to achieve the best possible transparency, trustful cooperation and collaboration with all stakeholders. I am a proud and humble winner of the 2024 European Insurance Woman to watch award, member of the board of the German Insurance Broker Association (BDVM), a certified Compliance Officer under Solvency II and a selected participant of the EU funded European Women on Board C-School Programme.
