I first learned about the real estate profession 15 years ago as a short sale processor for a local mortgage firm. From that day forward, I was hooked to the profession which today plays a vital role in my life.It is extremely important to keep abreast of market changes in South Florida, as well as, international markets which may affect local property values. I am a firm believer that the broad market can be influential in the future value of properties. Despite being well versed in all aspects of real estate transactions, my expertise resides within commercial multi-family dwellings, restorable investment properties, and foreclosure defense strategies. I attribute my successful track record to setting the time to thoroughly understand my clients’ needs and expectations.
