About Jessica R.
Jessica Rockoff is a manufacturing project manager for the immersive training are. Previously she was a manufacturing supervisor for the both flight and ground simulators as well as field installations. In May 2013, Jessica graduated from the University of Florida with a MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Her thesis project analyzed and provided recommendations for a new Master Scheduling and Capacity Planning process at Harris Corporation.She was a graduate from the Operations Leadership Development Program in 2011. Her last rotation was as an operations program manager in the Live Training Area. She managed the completion of two red programs through analysis of quality, cost, schedule, and technical parameters on multiple contract types. Her third rotation was as the technical assistant to the VP of Operations at Global Training and Logistics. Jessica served as a core member for the transition team to integrate h-STS and h-RSO from IS & GS. She communicated weekly with the transition team on action items, risks and issues of the integration. She also monitored the progress of the functional teams using IMS/IMP techniques. Jessica\'s first two rotations were at LM Aero in Fort Worth. She served as the primary first responder manufacturing engineer for F-35 System Development and Demonstration Aircraft AF-2. She developed and directed engineering, tooling, and planning changes that affect producibility of products. Additionally, she investigated problems and developed corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Jessica\'s first rotation was in Global Sustainment Offerings and Innovation supporting Internal Research and Development (IRAD) projects.Ms. Rockoff interned at Best Buy Inc. Corporate in 2008 and at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals in Allerod, Denmark in 2007 and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a BBA.
