ABOUT JESSICA PRICE
I’m an award-winning Senior Project Manager who is passionate about collaborating with architects and interior designers to complete a variety of projects for clients. I bring experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to my team and project work. A 2023 winner of the FCSI project showcase for the University of Maryland’s Jones-Hill House Athletic Dining Facility, I love to analyze the front and back of the house to optimize flow and function. I crave educating myself on the latest industry robotics.Problem solving and creative solutions are crucial to BIM manager success. With nearly 20 years of BIM experience I oversee the production of Culinary Advisors project work as well as develop new ways of working more efficiently. Being patient and kind has aloud me to successfully train new users in BIM and other programs. At previous firms, I led the architectural resource library, discovering the latest trends, building relationships with industry specialists. Partnering and fostering long-standing relationships is a priority for me and helps inform and enrich my project work. I’m proud to bring 10+ years in food service design combined with almost 10 years of architecture and interior design to help our Culinary Advisors clients elevate their vision. From my colleagues at Marymount University to the present day, I value my relationships and professional partnerships, building a solid portfolio of projects and referrals that help bolster our business.Because our team has always worked remotely, Culinary Advisors was well positioned to handle COVID restrictions and shutdowns. In fact, others in the industry sought our guidance regarding transitioning effectively from working in offices versus virtual project work. We value our independence, time management, and work-life balance. I work on a wide array of projects but really enjoy corporate dining, hospitality, and higher education. Some of my more recent projects include: McCormick Spice in Maryland, Towson University in Maryland, Central State Hospital in Virginia, Capital One in Delaware, Mecklenburg Middle School/High School in Virginia, Washington International School in DC.I’m a member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), Women in Healthcare and multiple BIM groups.
