I am a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and a strong clinical foundation across musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation in both the UK and India.Currently practising at Ascenti in Brighton, I deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK care within a fast-paced private healthcare environment. I specialise in comprehensive assessment, clinical reasoning, and tailored rehabilitation programmes aimed at restoring function, optimising performance, and supporting long-term self-management. I am particularly passionate about empowering patients to understand their pain, build resilience, and return confidently to work, sport, and daily life.My previous experience in neurological rehabilitation at Leonard Cheshire strengthened my holistic, biopsychosocial approach and refined my ability to manage complex presentations with empathy and precision. I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to clinical excellence in every patient interaction.Alongside my clinical practice, I am certified in Clinical Neurodynamics, Aquatic Therapy, and Manual Handling Skills Instruction. I am keen to continue developing advanced MSK skills, contribute to service development.
