Miller Charitable Fund in 2013.• Served as Chair of the Orchestra Committee, leading labor-side contract negotiations in 2014 and 2018 to achieve landmark deals through consensus building and transparency.• Co-designed the Orchestra’s first-ever Tenure Review Process, which complemented the Met’s blind auditions, through collaborative dialogue between the Music Director and musicians.
