I currently lead Global Products for Lending and Collections at Nubank. My team is responsible for a broad portfolio of lending products including personal loans in Brazil and Mexico and secured loans in Brazil, including Consignado (salary-backed loans), FGTS (employment benefits backed loans) and investment backed loans. I also lead Collections strategies globally across all of our lending products in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. Previously at Nubank, I led Fraud for our Brazil business, focused on protecting our business and our customers using cutting edge technology. I am also responsible for our Business Control Office across business units at Nubank. The BCO is responsible for risk management, controls, incident management and regulatory applicability in the first line of defense (the business units).
