C\'est animé d’une grande passion pour les comportements humains, l’épanouissement des individus au travail et dans la société ainsi que la recherche académique et professionnelle que j’oriente ma carrière.Je suis présentement chargée de cours, consultante et candidate au Doctorat en comportements organisationnel sous la direction de Jacques Forest, Fellow CRHA. Que ce soit au niveau des pratiques organisationnelles de rémunération ou encore à travers la compréhension du rôle des organisations dans la réduction des inégalités, mes travaux de recherche sont orientés vers l’atteinte du bien-être individuel et collectif.Je m’intéresse au rôle des organisations dans la réduction des inégalités économiques à travers un angle comportemental orienté sur la motivation humaine.I am driven by a deep passion for human behavior, individual development in the workplace and society, as well as academic and professional research.I am currently a Faculty Lecturer, consultant, and a PhD candidate in organizational behavior under the supervision of Jacques Forest, Fellow CRHA. Whether focusing on organizational compensation practices or exploring the role of organizations in reducing inequalities, my research is directed toward achieving individual and collective well-being.I am interested in the role of organizations in reducing economic inequalities through a behavioral lens focused on human motivation.
