My passion is creative problem solving and designing the employee experience. The heart of what I do is bringing the strategic and creative together to develop behavior change and increase employee engagement. I like long walks at Target, dreaming up beautiful functional home design, singing loudly on stage and playing the drums, and spending time with my family, friends, and puppies, Johnny and June.
