Oversees the compilation and analysis of data from the Health Management Information System (HMIS) in all TCI sites and from the program records database of all four regional hubs.• Liaises with the M&E staff at each of the four hubs to coordinate M&E efforts and promote effective utilization of data for decision making (D4D) at the regional hub and local government levels, including tracking those efforts through a D4D scorecard.• Ensures that the data trackers for HMIS and program records are accurate, up-to-date and regularly utilized for performance monitoring and decision making.• Provides technical inputs on TCI’s adoption and adaptation of the Respondent-Driven Sampling (RDS) survey for adolescents and youth.• Prepares reports and maintains files and records on size of impact and other key indicators to measure TCI’s progress at the global, hub/regional and local/city levels.• Assists with analysis and write-ups for reports, data briefs and auxiliary publications, including efforts to enhance the understanding of data through data visualization.• Keeps track of M&E guidance documents and timelines.• Organizes/co-organizes Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) meetings and conference calls and follows up on action items with implementing partners.• Participates in internal working groups, performance management, process documentation, and strategic planning.
